 Get Ready for the BSCH Amazing Race

Every year, Grade 7 students from our elementary schools are invited to participate in Bishop Smith’s Amazing Race, a fun filled day of activities, food, fun and friendship.

Started a few years ago as a way for grade 7 students to get familiar with the High school, the BSCH Amazing Race has turned into an annual event. Students get a chance to work in teams, with students from other schools. The friendship bonds that form during  The Amazing Race help to make the transition to grade 8 much smoother.

Faith in our Future

Students at St. Joseph’s High School in Renfrew have created a beautiful video that captures the essence of Catholic Schools. The video was created as an entry to the Faith in Our Future Video Contest.

Renfrew County Catholic students work towards making the world a better place 

This past March break, students and staff gave of their own time to travel down to the Dominican Republic in order to help families in need. Bringing much needed medical supplies was one part of the journey, but pitching in to help in any way they could was top priority.
