Maplewood ConnectEd

Schools are listed in alphabetical order according to city/town 

Teachers! If you need to check the NA box for all of the students in a class, there is a fast way to do it in ConnectEd. 
1. Menu > Achievement > Report Card Details > Student Programs by Class
2. Click on the link for your class.
3. Choose the appropriate Term.
4. Choose the appropriate Topic.
5. In the NA column, click on the link for All. This will check the NA box for all of the students in the class.
6. Click on the Save button.
If Report Card Details isn’t available to you, send an e-mail to ljhelferty@rccdsb.edu.on.ca and request to have that option added to your account.

Pop-ups must be allowed for some maplewood connectEd features to work properly!  To avoid problems with this, adjust settings to always allow pop-ups from maplewood.com.  If one of the features won’t work for you (ex. letter box, print/view reports), it may be getting stopped by a pop-up blocker that you are unaware of.  You can temporarily turn off ALL pop-up blockers on your computer by holding down the Ctrl key while clicking on the button that activates the desired feature. (ex. hold down the Ctrl key while clicking on the Letter Box icon) Support is available if you encounter difficulties when entering marks and comments!  Contact L.J. Helferty by e-mail for assistance. ljhelferty@rccdsb.edu.on.ca  If you are using a school computer to access ConnectEd and your school uses a Novell network, remember to login to the school network as “teacher” or “report”.  Our network specialists have adjusted these accounts so that they have the correct cookie settings for Maplewood.
