St. Michael’s

Our Lady of Fatima

Principal’s Message

At St.Michael’s Catholic School in Douglas, we ensure that high academic standards for all of our children is the goal, attempting to remove as many obstacles as possible that are preventing our children from achieving these high standards. At St. Michael’s we also strive to ensure that many opportunities are provided for students to get involved in school life, whether it is through the many offerings we provide in arts, sports or other co-curricular activities. Our founding community has established a school vision for all; that we will act justly, love tenderly, and walk humbly with our God. In keeping with our school vision, our dedicated staff is committed to doing everything possible to enable your son or daughter to learn and be successful at school in a safe and comfortable learning environment. Staff at St. Michael’s Catholic School work together as part of the team involving the home, community and parish, ensuring that our students receive the best possible education. We create and maintain an inclusive learning environment wherein each child is encouraged to recognize and develop his/her fullest potential. Students are taught and encouraged to model the gospel values and are praised for their efforts in promoting a safe and pleasant learning experience at St. Michael’s.
